Interoperability Services
Understanding how your existing products will operate with new products is one of the key components to ensuring your systems’ effectiveness. At UTEC, we recognize this is critical to installation success, so our test centers provide real-life laboratories for interoperability testing.
Whether your product came from UTEC or from another third-party provider, we can test and evaluate the interoperability of products before you’ve designed the complete system. Technical Support
UTEC performs services ranging from simple troubleshooting and component replacement to complete overhauls and refurbishments of all types of equipment. Staffed by expert engineers and technicians, our process includes testing your equipment using original factory test procedures.
To start the repair process, please contact your Sales Manager for a Return Merchandise Authorization so we know it is coming.
UTEC also offers a rental program, which enables you to stay on the air while your equipment is being repaired. We have modules available for rent to support the vast majority of UTEC built equipment in service. For a complete list of rental equipment please contact our Sales Manager.
